Welcome!



Welcome to Rock Creek Inn! We are located at 6220 Highway 193, Georgetown, Ca. 95634. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:


Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Please contact us if you plan to arrive earlier or later, as we may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.
  • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $15.00, subject to availability.

Smoking Policy:

  • Rock Creek Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
  • Smoking is permitted across the driveway on the grass or under the carport entry on rainy days.
  • Smoking in the rooms or the breezeway is strictly prohibited and may result in a cleaning fee of $100.00.

Occupancy and Rates:

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Additional guests aged five and over are charged at $10.00 per person. This fee will be collected at check-in or check-out if not included in the reservation.

Room Capacity:

  • Maximum occupancy for King rooms is 3 guests.
  • Maximum occupancy for rooms with 2 Queen beds is 5 guests.

Deposits:

  • A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to secure your reservation.
  • The deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.


Refund and Cancellation Policy



  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made within 7-14 days of arrival, a flat fee of $25 will be charged
  • Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made 7 days or less from arrival, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.
  • No-Shows: In the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Early Departures: Guests who depart early will be charged for the full duration of their booked stay.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, as a small Inn, cancellations can significantly impact our business. Therefore, we appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy.
